A Review by James Simpson
Thanks for laying on such a nice couple of days for our conference. I'm sorry you weren't around but hope you're feeling better. It was outstanding and very well received by our delegates. Everyone found it to be friendly and informal which is a nice change. The food was excellent. The speakers felt looked after. The room was felt to be a little hot by 2 of our delegates, but they should have just opened a window! Here I've summarised the comments from our delegates feedback: Very well organised, Excellent venue, Interesting speakers It was great, really nice change Great, friendly venue. Easily accessible. Good food. A little warm in lecture room! Very good venue, hot room, very good food, Great venue Great course. Thank you for organising it. Good venue - nice to have variety. Here are the averaged feedback scores (out of 5) which are outstanding: Accessibility 4.9 Facilities 4.7 Food 4.9 I left a gratuity with Sharon and she will ensure that it is spread amongst the staff who all helped to make it a great couple of days. I'm sure we'll be back in the future. I don't think more than 15 would have been comfortable in that room, but for the number it was perfect. I look forward to hearing about your new larger conference facility in the future.

"Thank you to you all for making the last five days a wonderful experience at Sampsons Farm. You and your staff made us both feel so welcome, Sampsons Farm has a great deal of warmth and it is great to see the 'family' at the heart of a great business. Our great accommodation, the outstanding food and wonderful setting has given us great memories. It was great to hear about your plans for the future of Sampsons Farm. It sounds very exciting and we both look forward to returning to see the development. Thank you again to Eliza for selling me a piece from her ceramic collection. It will be a great reminder of our stay."
